What is Project Controls Expo AUS?

Project Controls Expo (PCE) Australia is the country's largest annual conference dedicated exclusively to project controls — reflecting its uniquely strong ties to Australia's state infrastructure authorities, Tier-1 contractors and government capital programmes. Held every November at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, PCE Australia brings together planners, schedulers, cost engineers, risk managers and PMO leaders to share tools, case studies and practices that improve delivery performance on the country's biggest rail, transport, water, energy, defence and construction programmes.

Project Controls & Expo FAQs

Project controls is the discipline that helps organisations plan, monitor and deliver projects successfully through scheduling, cost management, risk management, forecasting and performance reporting.

Effective project controls improve visibility, support better decision-making, and help teams manage cost, schedule and risk across complex infrastructure, energy, defence and construction projects.

AI is helping project teams analyse project data faster, improve forecasting, identify risks earlier and support better decision-making across complex projects. As AI adoption grows, project controls professionals play an increasingly important role in turning data into actionable insights.

Project Controls Expo Australia is designed for planners, schedulers, cost engineers, project controls managers, PMO leaders, project managers, contractors, consultants and project owners involved in delivering major projects.

The Expo brings together end-clients, contractors, consultants and technology providers to share knowledge, recognise professional excellence and strengthen the project controls community across Australia
