By Road

Everyone will be entering Melbourne Cricket Ground through Gate 3. There is a drop off area on the North-West side of the stadium which cars and taxis can drop off and collect delegates. It is approximately a 3-minute walk from the drop-off to Gate 3.
There are options for parking available nearby, please visit one of the following sites Parkopedia and Melbourne Olympic Parks for further details and pricing when driving to Project Controls Expo.
By Public Transport:
It is highly recommended Public Transport or Taxis are used as parking is Limited. There are many stations nearby, the most convenient being Jolimont Station located a five-minute walk from the entrance of Gate 3. We do advise getting the train as it is much faster from Melbourne Central Station. For further details please visit this site .
Tram
Tram 75 East, from Flinders Street – get off at stop 11 for MCG
Trains
At Flinders Station there is a manned information desk if you require help.
Any train from Flinders Street Platform 1 goes to Jolimont – the station for MCG.
Some are one stop and direct, others go via the city loop and take around 10 minutes.
Exit Jolimont station and turn to the left over the footbridge and into Yarra Park. The Pullman hotel is on your right. MCG is right in front of you. Gate 3 is easily signposted to the left of the path.
Trains to/from Jolimont are also available from North Melbourne, Southern Cross and Flagstaff stations. Check for stopping trains. Station staff are very helpful.
To return to the city; Platform 1 at Jolimont will take you back to Flinders Station.
Bus:
There are many buses that you can access in Melbourne, the main one for MCG is the 234, near Melbourne Central Railway Station. This takes you within a 10-minute walk from Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Air:
It is approximately a 35-minute drive/taxi from Melbourne International Airport to Melbourne Cricket Ground. We advise International guests and Exhibitors arrive the day before to set up their space at Melbourne Cricket ground. (Timings to be confirmed)
If travelling via public transport, a 25-minute bus from Terminal 3 to Southern Cross Station and then a 10-minute train to Jolimont Station.
Accommodation:
There are many local hotels surrounding Melbourne Cricket Ground. Please see the list below of some of the nearby hotels that can facilitate your stay at our event.
Specialist Furniture & AV Needs:
All exhibitors are offered complimentary 6ft x 4ft table along with standard chairs and table cloth. Should you have any specialist or custom furniture requirement, please contact MCG’s preferred supplier
Logistics instructions for Exhibitors :
Exhibitors can send deliveries for the expo using the following instructions and documents. Please note that all items must be removed within two days after the event.

Full details on delivery and collection procedure
Please complete the Melbourne Cricket Ground Delivery Form. The writing in red is a guide to the form to assist you in completing the document. This form must be completed and email the completed delivery form to Amy.Chung@epicure.com.au with aus@projectcontrolexpo.com in CC, the delivery forms are required a minimum of two days before the delivery itself. You must attach the completed delivery form to each item that is being delivered. (e.g. 1 of 5, 2 of 5)
Deliveries will only be accepted between 7:00am – 12:00pm (Monday – Friday). Do not send any deliveries more than two days before the event. Deliveries without the relevant delivery forms sent and attached will be rejected.
Collection
We ask that all items be taken after the Expo, if this is not possible for whatever reason, the Melbourne Cricket Ground Collection Form must be filled out. The venue will not be responsible for incorrectly labelled or unsealed packages.
The collection form must be filled out and attached to the items repeating the process as the delivery form. Please bear in mind that the items must be collected within two days after the event and no later.

Drop off and Pick up Instructions
For those who like to drop off and pick up their booths/stands during early bump in on 24th November (16:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m.) and on event day i.e., 25th November (06:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.), please head to Carpark Entrance A off Brunton avenue. Please park near lifts 9,10 & 11 by the red wall and access the stadium via lift L2. Partners accessing the venue should visit via Gate 3 (between light towers 1&2) on both days.
