All stands are pre-built for all partners. Any additional set up can be done on 14th November, Monday, between 1300 to 1800 hrs, or 15th, Tuesday, November, between 0700-0730hrs.

Any couriered materials will be delivered to the respective stands before 1600hrs on Monday 14th November.

The QR code scanning option is now integrated within the Project Controls Expo App. ALL our Partners and delegates will not only be able to scan and retrieve delegates’ information quickly and easily, but also there will be no charges toprocures additional scanners. This year, partners, delegates, speakers would be able to scan the badges of the attendees (with their consent) using the Expo App. The info so collected could be downloaded immediately in an excel format, within the Expo App itself. Describe how these differ from results or conclusions of previous work on the same or similar subjects.

We understand that some organizations have strict brand guidelines and press departments insist that presentations are only made on company templates. We will have to consider your application if such a request is made.

It is a 35 minute session:

• 30 minutes for main presentation,
• 5 minutes for Q&A
• 5 minute buffer (which we do not encourage you to utilise.)

This is a black tie event. Cocktail dresses or evening gowns can be worn.

PCE Awards is a Black-tie & Gala Dinner event. Floor-length dresses such as ball gowns or evening dresses, and bow-ties, tuxedos. We also welcome any national attire, that wishes to be worn by attendees.

All of our dinner guests need to have been registered at least TWO WEEKS prior to the event date. Special dietary requirements and table arrangements are organised and finalised with the venue. We are unable to accommodate guests turning up on the night without pre-registration.
