Colin Cropley has over forty years’ experience of project management, project controls and risk management. He has experience in project and risk management consulting, software development, training and lecturing, in sectors including infrastructure, oil & gas, minerals processing, IT, power and defence. He has conducted risk management processes, schedule and cost risk analyses and training for companies including BHP Billiton, BP Australia, Downer EDI, Leighton Contractors, Oman LNG, Origin Energy, Santos, Tenix Defence, Thiess and Woodside Petroleum. Colin is a chemical engineering graduate of the University of Melbourne and was chairman of the Victorian Primavera Users Group from 1997 to 2009. As a globally recognized project analytics thought leader and software entrepreneur, Dan has more than 20 years of experience building project management software companies, including Pertmaster, Acumen and BASIS. Vikki Kapoor (Vik) has over 23 years of experience in various sectors such as IT, Telecommunications, and Consulting & System Integration. Peter started his Information Technology career in 1984 when he joined IBM. Prior to co-founding Allinno Pty Ltd in 2018, Peter completed 20 years with Oracle.

Nick is a Civil Engineer graduating from Auckland University.

He has worked in various Engineering Roles - Design Engineer, Forestry Engineer in Tokoroa for New Zealand Forest Products. In 1980 he moved to Geelong, Victoria, Australia where he commenced with John Holland as a Site Engineer on the Construction of the Australian National Animal Health Laboratory. Dr. Amin Terouhid has served as a project management expert since 2003, and is currently the principal consultant with Adroit Consultants, LLC. He has received a Ph.D. in construction management from the University of Florida, and holds the following professional certificates: Professional Engineer (P.E.) – Texas, Project Management Professional (PMP), Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP), and Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).

Amin’s expertise in project management is focused on project planning and control, cost engineering, risk management, and project construction claims. Jeslin Varghese is Director of Project Controls in the program controls division of Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Construction & Development (MTACD), overseeing multiple mega-projects in New York City with a combined value of $50bn. Mr. Varghese has been with the MTA since 2015 in various capacities, including as Senior Scheduling Engineer & KPI Manager, and as Technical Director in the Change Management Group at the East Side Access (ESA) program, a commuter rail project that, at $11bn, is one of the largest transportation projects in the world.

Nick has a B.S. and M.S. in chemical & petroleum-refining engineering and a Ph.D. in mineral economics from the Colorado School of Mines. DJ gained his doctorate in BIM and dispute resolution and prior to joining Gammon Construction he worked as the Global BIM Lead for an international consultancy. DJ gained his doctorate in BIM and dispute resolution and prior to joining Gammon Construction he worked as the Global BIM Lead for an international consultancy. Here he provided strategic digital support and training to governments, public bodies, organisations and not-for-profits around the world.

DJ has followed the development of key international BIM documents since their creation and has worked on building, industrial, infrastructure, oil and gas, and power and utility disputes ranging from several thousand to multi-billion dollars. Gianluca di Castri (1947), Chartered Mechanical Engineer (1972), Post-graduate in Economics and Master in Business Administration (Bocconi, 1979), Certified Cost Engineer (EIE / ICEC A, 1992) has a wide professional experience in Total Cost Management as well as in Project Management and Controls for Engineering & Construction Projects, achieved as project manager, member of the general management team and then director of international Engineering & Construction Companies.

In recent years, his consulting activity has been mainly relevant to Cost Management, Project Management and Controls, Asset Management, Contract and Claim Management; he is lecturing in the said disciplines at Bocconi University in Milano as well as at LUISS University in Roma and at the FAST in Milano. He is author of more than eighty papers as well as of two books: “Project Management per l’Edilizia (2009)”, “Lineamenti di Ingegneria Economica (1999)”.

From 2005 to 2011 has been elected President of the AICE (Italian Association for Total Cost Management), after having been for more than 10 years member of the Directive Board as well as Delegate to the ICEC. He is the current Director, Region 9 of the AACE International (www.aacei.org) and AACE CCP Memo Grade since 2017. Until September 18, 2020 he was the President, AACE Int Nigerian Section – where he made giant strides in uplifting Cost Engineering practices in Nigeria.

May is a senior construction and construction insurance lawyer of over 16 years’ experience. She has worked for and within various international organizations within the design and construction industry, as well as advising and representing insurers in this area. She was one of the first UK lawyers to start investigating the legal and contractual implications of BIM in depth as far back as 2011, and her 2014 UK Society of Construction Law paper on this issue is still cited worldwide. She has co-written a number of leading papers, reports and guidance on different areas of BIM. Most recently, she led small teams to draft legal and contractual guidance regarding the new BIM international standard, ISO 19650, and a standard ISO19650-compliant information protocol. May has written numerous papers and articles on not just BIM, but also other aspects of construction technology, including 3D printing, drones and modular construction. She is recognized as one of the leading legal specialists in the UK in the area of BIM and related technologies, and speaks at conferences worldwide on the topic; most recently giving the opening keynote on the UK’s BIM legal journey at a building SMART BIM legal conference in Berlin and the opening keynote at the BIMTI conference in Porto. She is presently researching and writing a report on the international legal impact of the new international BIM standard, ISO19650, with the author of the ISO 19650-2 and a further international BIM dispute resolution specialist.
